NASM CPT | Personal Trainer | Fitness & Wellness Coach
Adrian’s passion for fitness began before high school when she started working with a strength and conditioning coach while preparing for basketball tryouts. Through that experience, she quickly realized training was about more than getting stronger. It taught her discipline, resilience, confidence, and how much the body is capable of when challenged with purpose.
That passion eventually led Adrian to collegiate basketball at the University of Alabama in Huntsville and, later, to personal training. Over the past three years, she has worked with a wide variety of clients, including young athletes, collegiate football players, senior adults, and people returning to fitness after injuries. Those experiences have reinforced her belief that no two clients need exactly the same approach and have helped her become an adaptable trainer who enjoys meeting people where they are.
For Adrian, fitness is a way to build more than physical strength. She wants training to help people improve their health, become more confident in what their bodies can do, and develop habits they can carry with them for years to come.
TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
Adrian believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. She takes time to understand each client’s goals, personality, and preferred training style, then builds sessions around what works best for that individual. Some clients enjoy conversation and connection throughout a workout, while others prefer to stay focused and get straight to work, and Adrian is comfortable adapting to both.
Her sessions are structured, efficient, performance-driven, and high energy, but her coaching style is never about being the loudest person in the room. Adrian focuses on providing steady encouragement while still challenging clients to step outside their comfort zones. Her goal is to help each person build strength, confidence, and habits that support their health for the long term.
WHAT DO CLIENTS TYPICALLY ACHIEVE WHEN WORKING WITH Adrian?
Clients working with Adrian can expect a combination of physical progress and greater confidence in what they are capable of. Depending on the individual, that may mean building strength, improving overall fitness, changing body composition, returning to exercise after an injury, or simply feeling better and more capable in everyday life.
Adrian focuses on progress that is consistent and sustainable rather than quick fixes. Along the way, she encourages clients to become more comfortable challenging themselves and taking ownership of their fitness. Her goal is for clients to leave training feeling stronger, more confident, and motivated to continue taking care of themselves
