NASM CPT | Functional Strength & Movement Coach

April Kulik is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer serving East Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin, Tennessee. Her fitness journey began after navigating chronic health challenges in her early twenties, when she discovered the powerful impact that nutrition, strength training, and movement could have on both physical and mental well being. That experience inspired her to pursue a career helping others build healthier, stronger, and more confident lives.

With a background in dance, martial arts, running, endurance training, and strength training, April brings a diverse perspective to coaching. She began her career in group fitness, leading rowing, strength, and interval training classes, while gaining experience with TRX suspension training and a variety of low impact training methods. Today, she specializes in helping clients build strength, improve mobility, lose weight, recover confidence after setbacks, and create sustainable habits that support long term success.

April's coaching style combines education, accountability, and encouragement. She is passionate about meeting clients where they are, helping them move safely, build confidence, and create a positive relationship with fitness that lasts far beyond the gym.
