This coach brings a unique background rooted in discipline, service, and performance. As a Marine Corps veteran and retired police officer, including experience as a Police Academy Instructor and SWAT Team leader, his foundation is built on resilience, structure, and leadership.
His passion for fitness began during his time in the military and continued to grow throughout his law enforcement career. Over time, that passion evolved into a purpose, helping others improve their strength, health, and overall quality of life through intentional, effective training.
Today, he specializes in working with adults of all ages, with a strong focus on older adults, helping clients build confidence, strength, and long-term sustainability through smart programming.
