Brittney is a certified yoga and fitness instructor and the founder of FitbyBritt, a wellness brand centered on mindful movement and intentional living. She began her fitness and wellness journey in high school, initially enrolling in a weight training class to earn extra credits toward graduation. Within that space, she discovered her strength—something that would later become a powerful foundation in her life. Years later, she was introduced to the energy of yoga and the calming effect it brings to the mind, body, and spirit. By combining both fitness and yoga, Brittney developed a unique approach that blends strength, flow, and affirming energy, allowing her to cultivate and share a true sense of balance.
Brittney Lee brings a refined and expansive background in wellness, offering private training, group fitness experiences, and curated corporate events. Her expertise has been cultivated through work in established fitness environments such as the YMCA, as well as through meaningful partnerships with nonprofit organizations and Birmingham charter schools, where she has led impactful summer programming.
