Bio
FITOUR CPT | Martial Arts Coach | Qigong & Taiji Instructor
Christian’s connection to fitness began early. Growing up in a military household, physical fitness was an important part of life, and joining the wrestling team strengthened both his competitive drive and appreciation for what consistent training can accomplish. Over time, that foundation developed into a career that combines traditional strength and conditioning with martial arts, wrestling, mobility, and mind-body practices.
With 13 years of experience, Christian brings an unusually diverse background to personal training. His experience includes six years in the U.S. Air Force, where he helped improve physical fitness test performance, as well as coaching wrestling teams, teaching martial arts, working with teenagers on NinjaZone movement training, and focusing on senior fitness at the YMCA. His own athletic background includes competitive wrestling and martial arts, giving him firsthand experience with strength, discipline, movement, balance, and performance.
That range allows Christian to work with clients at very different stages of their fitness journey. Whether someone wants to become stronger, move better, improve athletic performance, build confidence, or maintain their abilities as they age, he brings together proven training principles with lessons developed through years of coaching, competition, and continued learning.
TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
Christian believes people are often stronger and more capable than they realize; sometimes they simply need the right coaching to uncover it. His training emphasizes strength, longevity, balance, and confidence while challenging clients enough to continue progressing. He approaches sessions with a performance-driven mindset while remaining calm and supportive, creating an environment where clients can work hard without feeling overwhelmed or intimidated. His intake describes his sessions as performance-driven, supportive, calm, and strength-focused.
For Christian, training is not only about reaching a short-term goal. It is about gaining and maintaining the strength and health needed for life. He believes fitness should remain an ongoing process of training, learning, and improving, and he encourages clients to build capabilities they can continue using well beyond an individual workout or program. Christian identifies longevity, strength, balance, and confidence as four of the central principles behind his coaching.
WHAT DO CLIENTS TYPICALLY ACHIEVE WHEN WORKING WITH Christian?
Clients working with Christian often make measurable improvements in strength and physical performance, including reaching new personal records in weightlifting. Depending on the individual’s goals, training may also support weight loss, improved mobility, better balance, increased athletic ability, and greater confidence in what their body can do. Christian specifically identifies weight loss and higher personal records in weightlifting as common client outcomes.
His broader goal is to help clients develop strength that carries into everyday life while building a healthier relationship with consistent movement. Rather than treating fitness as something with a finish line, Christian encourages clients to keep learning, challenging themselves, and maintaining the strength and health they have worked to build.
