We’ll use your initial phone consultation to garner as much pertinent information as possible regarding your current lifestyle, prospective health and fitness goals, and work environment (if applicable) in order to quickly match you with a personal trainer or yoga instructor that will best suit your needs.

That trainer/instructor will lead you through one free session, after which we’ll discuss with you your customized HOMEFIT subscription package options. All following sessions will be scheduled according to your convenience and in the comfort of your home or office. We’ll supply all necessary equipment and stay in touch with you between sessions to keep you accountable and motivated. Then it’s off to the races in pursuit of your health and fitness goals!
