Courtney Nolen is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Exercise Physiologist (EP-C), and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach with nine years of experience helping clients improve their strength, health, and overall quality of life. Serving clients throughout the Florida Gulf Coast, Courtney provides in-home, gym-based, and virtual personal training designed to meet individuals where they are and help them achieve lasting results.
A former athlete and lifelong fitness enthusiast, Courtney has explored nearly every corner of the fitness world. From Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics to calisthenics, powerlifting, and bodybuilding-style training, she brings a diverse background and passion for movement to every coaching relationship. Her experience allows her to create personalized programs that are both effective and engaging for clients of all ages and fitness levels.
Over the course of her career, Courtney has worked in commercial gyms, coached CrossFit, led youth athletic camps, trained clients in their homes, provided virtual coaching, and worked with athletes preparing to compete at the collegiate level. She has also gained valuable experience working alongside the University of West Florida's Strength and Conditioning Department. In addition to her coaching background, Courtney is a Registered Nurse, giving her a unique understanding of health, wellness, and the body's ability to adapt and grow.
Today, Courtney specializes in strength training, weight loss, muscle building, mobility, injury recovery, athletic performance, and functional fitness. Her coaching style emphasizes long-term success through sustainable habits, individualized programming, and a holistic approach that supports both physical and mental well-being. Whether a client is looking to improve performance, lose weight, build strength, or regain confidence, Courtney is committed to helping them unlock their full potential.
