    While a background in fitness, health, or business management may be helpful, it's not required. We provide comprehensive training programs and ongoing support to help franchise owners succeed, regardless of their experience level. Our training covers everything from business management to fitness programming, marketing, and sales.

  • The current total initial investment ranges from $71,000 - $140,000. This includes the $30,000 franchise fee for a single HOMEFIT territory. As with any new venture, it is important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth.

  • We currently do not offer in house financing, but we would be happy to introduce you to lenders who specialize in small business financing.

  • The HOMEFIT franchise ongoing fee structure is as follows:

    Royalties - 6% of total gross sales

    Brand Development Fee - 2% of total gross sales

    We have a 150 day grace period after signing the franchise agreement before the fee structure kicks in. For details, refer to our current franchise disclosure document (FDD).

  • The initial term of your agreement is 10 years with a subsequent 10 year agreement option to follow.
