Hannah is a certified personal trainer with a strong foundation in exercise science and a lifelong passion for fitness. As a former collegiate volleyball player at Troy University, she developed a deep appreciation for strength, conditioning, and performance-based training early on.
She continued that passion academically, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and her Master’s in Kinesiology from Auburn University. With experience training a wide range of clients—from youth to active older adults—Hannah brings a well-rounded, adaptable approach to every session.
Her background includes both group fitness and one-on-one coaching, allowing her to meet clients exactly where they are. She focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and enhancing flexibility in a way that supports real, everyday movement and long-term success.
Hannah’s coaching style is calm, supportive, and rooted in proper technique, helping clients feel confident while building a strong foundation that lasts.
