ISSA Elite Trainer | Women's Strength & Muscle Building Coach
Jenn grew up playing soccer, so being active has always been a big part of her life, but fitness took on a whole new meaning when she became a mom. She started her first fitness business because she wanted to be a strong, healthy example for her children while also helping other mothers find that same confidence in themselves. Over the years, that passion has grown into coaching people through strength training, endurance, yoga, and different stages of life. For Jenn, fitness has never just been about how you look—it’s about feeling strong, capable, and confident in what your body can do.
Jenn has spent her career in the fitness and wellness industry as a personal trainer, lead trainer, fitness coach, yoga instructor, and studio director. She has coached clients ranging from beginners taking their first steps into fitness to experienced athletes working toward strength, endurance, and performance goals, as well as pre- and postnatal clients, busy moms, and older adults. Her experience also extends beyond one-on-one coaching—she has led group training, managed and mentored teams of trainers, helped grow fitness communities, and trained hundreds of instructors.
As a mom of four and a military spouse of nearly 17 years, Jenn knows firsthand that life rarely goes according to plan. Between raising kids, moving all over the country, changing careers, and starting over, fitness has always been something she can come back to. She loves Spartan races, running, hiking, traveling, and pretty much anything that gets her outside and gives her a new challenge.
TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
Jenn believes training should help you become stronger in more ways than one. She wants clients to challenge themselves, get uncomfortable sometimes, celebrate what their bodies can do, and leave each session believing in themselves a little more than when they walked in.
She is the kind of coach who will cheer you on, listen when you’re struggling, and also remind you that you can do hard things. She understands what it’s like to juggle kids, work, stress, and everything else life throws at you while still trying to take care of yourself. She isn’t looking for perfection, and she doesn’t expect every day to be your best day—but she does believe in continuing to show up.
Her sessions are high-energy, encouraging, challenging, and personal—with plenty of laughs, real conversation, and a push when you need it most.
WHAT DO CLIENTS TYPICALLY ACHIEVE WHEN WORKING WITH jenn?
Jenn wants her clients to get stronger, feel better, and reach the physical goals they came to her with, but she also wants them to gain something bigger along the way. She loves watching someone go from doubting themselves to realizing, “I can actually do this.”
Her goal is to help clients build confidence, resilience, and trust in themselves—especially when something feels hard or uncomfortable. She wants clients to walk away feeling proud of what their bodies can do and more willing to take on challenges both inside and outside of the gym.
No matter who she is working with, Jenn aims to meet people where they are, challenge them to see what they’re capable of, and help them build strength and confidence that carries into the rest of their lives.
