Jenny is a disciplined and passionate fitness coach who transitioned from the corporate 9–5 world to pursuing her calling in health and performance. Growing up playing multiple sports, she developed a strong athletic foundation that eventually led her to compete in National bodybuilding shows in her free time.

During her undergraduate years, Jenny gained valuable experience as a small group trainer and group exercise instructor, building her coaching skills and learning how to motivate individuals at every fitness level. After graduating in 2020, she became a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through NASM.

Jenny is passionate about helping others feel confident in their own skin and build a positive relationship with both nutrition and exercise. Whether you are a seasoned athlete, someone with a desk job ready to level up your fitness, or simply looking to master the fundamentals of proper form, Jenny meets you where you are and guides you forward with structure and encouragement.
