Joselyn Kirstein is a dedicated fitness professional with a lifelong passion for movement, health, and helping others build confidence through fitness. With a background in Exercise Science and a minor in Wellness & Fitness, she brings both education and real-life experience to her coaching approach.

As a military spouse and mother of three, Joselyn understands firsthand the challenges of balancing life, health, and personal goals. After her second pregnancy, she found herself over 200 pounds—facing, for the first time, the reality of not recognizing herself and needing to rebuild both physically and mentally. Through consistent exercise, proper nutrition, and determination, she transformed her health and regained her strength in just over nine months.

That experience became the foundation of her coaching philosophy.

Since earning her AFAA Personal Training Certification in 2013, Joselyn has expanded her fitness journey into endurance sports, completing multiple half marathons and triathlons. Her accomplishments include finishing the Chattanooga Half Ironman and the Rocket City Marathon—each representing her commitment to growth, discipline, and stepping outside of her comfort zone.
