Kelly Rowland is a performance-focused personal trainer with a strong foundation in Exercise Science and collegiate athletics. As a former soccer and track athlete, she developed a disciplined, structured approach to training that continues to shape her coaching philosophy today.
Her professional experience spans commercial personal training, collegiate strength and conditioning, physical therapy, and chiropractic care. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including general population adults, older adults, youth athletes, and collegiate competitors. This diverse background gives her a strong understanding of movement quality, injury prevention, and sustainable strength development.
