Marcos Navarro is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer based in Brentwood and Franklin, Tennessee. His fitness journey began after college, when he realized how quickly life without the structure of football could impact his health, strength, and overall routine. That experience pushed him to study muscle building, fat loss, and sustainable training methods so he could create a consistent plan for himself.

Now, Marcos uses that same foundation to help clients build strength, improve body composition, and develop confidence in the gym and in their daily lives. He has helped more than 100 clients increase their strength and build muscle, while continuing to grow his coaching style through hands-on experience with a wide range of clients.

Marcos’s approach is high-energy, supportive, and focused on progress. He specializes in reverse pyramid training, a method that may feel different from traditional workouts at first, but helps clients challenge themselves, build strength, and see what they are truly capable of.
