His background includes working in franchise gyms, CrossFit environments, and coaching at F45, where he developed a strong passion for group fitness and helping others push their limits.

As an avid runner who has completed multiple marathons and endurance events, he values consistency, discipline, and performance. He works with clients in-home, in gyms, or through travel sessions, focusing on building strength, improving body composition, and creating sustainable results.
