Bio

ACSM CPT- All Levels - Strength, Conditioning, Body Composition/ Aesthetic

Monica began her journey as a dedicated ballerina, training and performing with organizations including Nashville Ballet, Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet, Ballet Magnificat, and Atlanta Ballet. After a serious injury in her senior year of high school ended her path to professional dance, she pivoted—channeling her discipline into studying classical piano and church music at Belmont University.

After earning her degree, she spent years teaching music, serving as a church music director, and working at Ensworth Lower School, all while reconnecting with her athletic roots. Through Pilates and consistent training, she rebuilt her strength and ultimately earned her ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification.

Over the past 15+ years, she has worked across gyms, Pilates studios, and private training, building a diverse and dynamic coaching background. Her experience includes working with C-suite executives, high-profile music industry clients, former Titans Cheerleaders, former Olympic swimmers, and individuals across all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds.

Her journey through injury, recovery, and reinvention shapes her coaching style—grounded in empathy, adaptability, and a deep understanding of the body.

Training Philosophy

  • Confidence

  • Consistency

  • Attainability

  • Strength and Conditioning

She is known for creating workouts that are engaging, never boring, and designed to evolve with the client.
