Rick Haddad is a performance-focused personal trainer and endurance coach with decades of experience building strength, resilience, and discipline in individuals of all ages and abilities. A retired Combat Veteran and Purple Heart recipient, Rick brings a calm, no-nonsense, fundamentals-first approach rooted in precision, accountability, and long-term results.

With over 20 years of group fitness leadership experience in both the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Army Infantry, Rick has coached and developed everyone from elite military units to everyday individuals seeking better health and performance. His background as an Army Master Fitness Trainer and program integrator for large-scale performance optimization initiatives gives him a deep understanding of human performance, movement standards, and injury prevention.

Rick is NASM Certified as both a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, with advanced expertise in post-injury recovery, functional strength development, and sustainable aerobic conditioning. He specializes in:
